Work carried out in 2008 on the Manor House of the Dubensky Estate in the village of Lukhtonovo, Sudogda district, Vladimir region Lukhtonovo Boarding School
Anti-damage measures were taken: strengthening of the foundations of the right wing of the building according to Arch. Project #325/07, 2007 named Anti-damage Strengthening of the Foundations.
In accordance with this Project in 2007 strengthening of the foundation of the exterior walls was performed (in axes 1, 13, A, G, D). In 2008 strengthening of the interior walls was performed (in axes B-8-13, B-8-11).
The following types of work were made in accordance with the Project:
1. Digging the foundations out by catches.
2. Anchoring of the walls with fittings.
3. Fixing of the fitting framework.
4. Fixing of timbering.
5. Covering the foundations with concrete.
6. Backfilling of the pockets.
At the present time the building in axes 8-13 is completely prepared for making built-up ferroconcrete floorings and the roof.
